Can you tow my car to my own mechanic?
Yes. Tell us where it should go, or we can bring it to our shop on Clintonville Road for diagnosis.
Do you tow all-wheel-drive cars?
Let the dispatcher know your car is AWD or low to the ground so we send the right truck.
Do you work with AAA or my insurance roadside plan?
We take motor club and insurance roadside calls.
How do I get a truck sent?
Call (203) 239-2886. A dispatcher will ask where you are, what you're driving and where it needs to go, then give you an honest arrival time. For non-urgent jobs you can also use our Request Service form.
What areas do you cover?
All of Connecticut. We're based at 410 Clintonville Rd in North Haven and tow statewide, from Greenwich to New London and Hartford to the shoreline. See our service area page.
How do I pay?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Comdata. Payment is due at drop-off or release unless you have a fleet account or approved insurance billing.
